tmux buffer list
T383838ctrl-b followed by T383838= brings up a buffer list of the stuff that has been previously copied.
T383838d on an entry will delete it.
I know I can use the buffer name in the target of commands, but I don't know if there's a binding to do anything on the buffer list screen other than the T383838d.
Hitting T383838enter on any of them will insert them into the active panel.
