cn: Neotree
Yes, (neo)vim can do most of this natively via something called T383838netrw. This just looks fancier and uses different key bindings. This replaces T383838netrw if you try to open a directory. Also toggle-able (T383838<Leader>{=html}tt).
• honors T383838.gitignore (toggle hidden with H)
• enter to
• toggle selected directory
• open selected file
• toggle selection preview with P
• can do things like copy, move, rename, create file, ...
• also provides
• git view
• buffers view
