* Feb 20, 2026 - I have completed the 2.4Ghz radio links and have done some initial connectivity test with success
Project Ideas
* Long Range Directional 2.4/5.8Ghz radio links
* Radio Bonding - Multiple Lora radios bonded into a larger link
* HF Radio Links
* AREDN - Is it feasible to use (encryption limitations)
* Inter Mesh Router - Routes messages between different Mesh technologies (Meshcore, Reticulum)
* Reticulum connected Pi nodes with a 5 watt radio transmitter
- I large network of little transmitter nodes you could send a message to and it would broadcast that message over an FM frequency.
- Example: Latest ICE spotting alerts running on a loop and can be heard by an off the shelf radio receiver.
* Leverage the LXMF audio streams to stream podcast, radio broadcast, I know you can do voice calls so this seems feasible

Projects In testing
* 2.4mhz directional radio links (because this is the hardware I have for now)
- Project update 01-30-2026: Currently I am refining and finishing up a custom case for the mobile side of the 2.4Ghz radio links
- Update 02-20-2026: 3d Printing an antenna stand for the mobile side of the link and mounted the radio on the permanent side as well
- Also did an initial link test with success now I need to integrate it into the Reticulum Mesh and test my distance.
* Station G2 Running the RNode software
- Took some work on both the RNode firmeware and the reticulum rnsd service but I seem to have it working.
