The NL-WB Backbone is built as part of a decentralized local mesh network.

Its purpose is to help people, businesses, and independent operators maintain

communication when conventional infrastructure is degraded, restricted,

or unavailable.

By reducing dependence on corporate ISPs and centralized DNS, this network

helps keep data moving under difficult conditions.
