This is Part 1 of the post-exercise After Action Report covering T-REX 2026.

In this report the primary intent is to share what Inject Traffic was assigned, and our analysis of the reach of each piece of traffic using information from those who participated in the post-exercise survey.

Additionally, truth is as strange as fiction -- real-world events unfolded as if they were taken right from the T-REX playbook... at the exact same time as the scenario was unfolding.

And finally, the overview summary of the Meshcore analysis during the T-REX exercise. This, and more, will be released as Annexes to the AAR, as well as follow-up reports identifying strengths, weaknesses, solutions, and implementation of additional TTPs (Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures) and "Best Practices" to help us all grow and improve.
