I notice that Zuck barfed out an unhinged rant about how "superintelligence" is going to take over everything and be great. It's a convoluted word salad of the worst calibre of twaddle, which I'm sure he'll regret having written when the hangover wears off. Perhaps it was extruded by a slop generator and he just added his name to it. You'd be amazed by what passes for "creative writing" these days. In case there's any confusion I am going to translate here.

Zuck: “Everyone will have an exceptionally capable personal agent that understands you, your goals, and everything you care about”

Translation: We will conduct surveillance on you, store all the data in our server, and then try to manipulate you into buying stuff that you don't need.

Zuck: "Everyone will have incredible tools for creation to express your ideas"

Translated: We will use casino methods to get you addicted to our SaaS, and then rent it out to you with an escalating price each year. You will never own any of it, or have any real control. The house always wins. For "your ideas" read "our ideas". Even if you think you own them "third party doctrine" rules, and so they're our ideas no matter what.

Zuck: "Everyone will have a personalized tutor and coach with a PhD in every subject"

Translated: Our chatbot will make all kinds of bogus academic claims, with fake citations. Like those scammers who purchase fake paperwork on the black market and then claim to be a doctor. It will make mistakes about things which even a primary school child would know. We will entirely control what counts as "facts" and "evidence" (read "alternative facts").

Zuck: “Everyone will benefit from scientific advances and be able to contribute to scientific progress.”

Translated: We will benefit financially by feeding academic-sounding slop to you, with made up citations (nobody actually reads the citations, right?). Real scientists actually following the scientific method and taking years to carefully gather data will get nothing. You will temporarily feel smug about having drawn an erroneous conclusion based on fake data, and when you publish your "scientific" findings the world will get dumber by reading them.
