I have been very interested in RSS for a few days now, so when I went on NomadNet today, an idea popped into my head: What if I tried RSS over Reticulum? It shouldn't be hard, I'd just need to run a node, make a homepage, and then serve a file from it. Easy, right?

As it turns out, I was partially right, and partially wrong. Making an RSS file and serving it on a node is easy, but getting it on an RSS reader is very difficult. I have thought up a few ideas on how I'd get the reader to work. First, I could try making an RSS reader for Reticulum. That shouldn't be hard, I'd just have to learn how to code, then it'd be easy! But, I don't know how to code in anything but rudimentary bash. Second idea- get my computer to resolve LMXF addresses as normal IP addresses. Should be easy!

Perhaps with enough dedication, I could vibe code the thing, but I don't really want to do that, so for now, it is just xml via Reticulum.
