Another day working in this shit industry.

First thing in the morning and basic foundational services are "working", where "working" uses the new industry standard of the word, which means it's slow, consumes GBs of memory, is unreliable but no one cares.

I fucking hate this generation of "engineers".

Enshittification is not a theory anymore, it's the norm. Every tech you use has shit in some degrees and unless you are playing with low-level hardware stuff, or you use a software stack mostly unmaintained since 2020, else you are dealing with broken software, your CPU cycles are wasted with garbage, your memory has GBs of slop data and "code", your network card transmits and receives Gbps of mostly shit, etc. The actual meaningful computations and data are like a small dust in a planet sized ball of mud.

I'm tired of this shit.

I fucking hate all big tech companies but there are not enough curse words to describe what I feel about OpenAI and Anthropic.
