Time flies when you're having fun, and I've been busy with a lot of RL activities like gardening and doing random repairs around the house. It's also be really sunny and warm in Denmark, which means I've been taking the kids to all sorts of places on day trips. Good times.

I also converted all my Meshtastic nodes to MeshCore - it's not perfect, but it serves a different need than RNode does when it comes to off-grid resilient mesh communications. My Meshtastic node just sort of sat there, but on MeshCore I can actually have conversations with people maybe 100 km away which is fun.

Inspired by this, I ordered a Heltec V4 solar node which I plan to flash with RNode firmware to get started with that. Should be fun! I haven't had much use for RNode yet so I haven't dug into it yet. We'll see how far I get.

Another cool thing has appeared on NomadNet - namely a fun, old-school style space game called Space Nomad - it's fun, you should check it out. Feel free to send me a message in-game or on d44dd1087fe13715490ffacfc5c79a12 if you've got any questions.

Lots of stuff has been happening since last when it comes to Reticulum - for one thing, lots of new updates have been released to tackle various issues, bugs, and so on.

Also, the Reticulum Matrix-channel has shut down and the community has moved to https://rns.recipes/ (clearnet) or here on Reticulum at this address. This is hopefully less confusing than having 900+ people in one channel trying to communicate about a lot of different topics at the same time.

Good to hear you've been out and about! I think we all need more of that. Springtime is a wonderful time in northern latitudes, everything comes to life again, including us.

You could also mention RRC, which has now been added to NomadNet as Channels. Who needs Matrix.

I'm going to have to explore RRC a bit before I can write about it :)
