NAUTILUS
Reticulum Maritime Link Lab
About
NAUTILUS is an experimental, non-commercial Reticulum and LXMF project for the maritime world.
The goal is simple: test whether people at sea, in ports, on small vessels, yachts or remote shore points can keep in touch with home and friends through radio modules, local mesh links and public Reticulum entry nodes. This is not a paid service and not an advertisement. It is built by people for people, freely and voluntarily.
We are testing how Reticulum behaves when normal internet access is expensive, weak, filtered, intermittent or absent. If this works near shore, in ports and over radio paths, seafarers and their families get one more independent way to leave a short message and receive a reply.
